'My stay at this hotel left a bad taste in my mouth due to the lack of customer service. The man and woman cleaning the third floor were unbelievably rude when I asked for clean towels and washcloths. They were two of the rudest hotel employees I have ever encountered!
I stayed for four days, and my room was NEVER refreshed once. Cobb County police were also at the hotel on two of the four days I stayed.
What made matters worse was reporting the housekeeping staff to the front desk, only to be...

'De geboekte kamer was niet beschikbaar. Dus kreeg ik een andere, grotere kamer. Maar de volgende dag moest ik daar weer uit opeens. Alles weer ingepakt maar de nieuwe kamer duurde zo lang dat ik toch maar weer terug koest naar de laatste kamer.
Een boel gedoe in elk geval.
Douche was meestel niet warm s’ morgens.
Ontbijt is erg minimaal. '

'Room was clean but the lampshades had some damage to them. Also, the door leading to the hallway did not fit in the jamb correctly and had to be forcibly opened and closed. Good breakfast.'

'The staff were very polite and cheerful. However the bathtub in our room was clogged and we had to wait till the next day for the room to be changed. The receptionist promised us a discount but it never happened.
The breakfast was really good!'

'Property was clean. however our room faced the front with a large light that affected our sleep. About 5:45 AM the fire alarm began beeping every minute. It appears the battery needed to be replaced. I realize this could happen anywhere. We got up, got our showers, dressed and left .'
