'Beautifully located - super close to a major train station with direct connections into Manhattan. The house itself was filled with so much character! You could tell the host put in a lot of thought and effort into the home. Nice bedroom size and kitchen size too. Ashley was also super kind and accommodating of our late check out and for us to leave our bags at the rental earlier than check-in time. Cute outside area too. Communication was quick and easy as well - she even dropped off some toys...

The only negatives were these: (a) The area outside the hotel is very dirty -- NYC in general has really declined, of course, and that's the issue. (b) The new system for the elevators at the hotel is absurd, and the hotel should go back to the old system.'
