'Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.'

'Very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot. I called the owner and they gave some instructions about the buttons but it didn't work. They didn't get back to us. They had said to close the top but they didn't tell us that if we closed the top for a certain amount of time it would heat up. The next morning it was hot but we had to depart by 10am so we didn't get to use it. I was frustrated that they didn't get back to us in the evening and didn't sa3how long to leave it closed to get...

'What a lovely property! Parking was easy, there is so much space downstairs, and there are plenty of extras in case you forget anything. The home is easily accessible with gas stations next door and super clean. Great for groups!'
