'David was an excellent host, and the cottage was a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable accommodation close to local amenities and a lovely canal to walk down with pooch right outside the door. Although there is no designated parking, street parking is a 10 second walk away, so this wasn't an issue. There was even a guitar on the wall to have a relaxing noodle. Thanks again David'

'I had a great stay. It’s a very nice apartment. Central, immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed. Full cooking and washing facilities for short or longer stays. Big smart tv in the lounge. Friendly and easy communication with the owner who wants you to have the best stay possible. '

'Mulberry lodge was everything we imagined it to be, we had such a great time away, days were broken up playing pool & darts and relaxed in the hot tub In between. The lodge is immaculate & could smell how clean it was from opening the door. Little touches everywhere you look from cushions to pictures & floral effects over the hot tub, really sets the lodges apart from other places! Can’t wait to return!'

'Wren provided us ample space and comfort for our 3 night stay. We really enjoyed our stay. On arrival at the cottage we found a welcome basket with teas, coffee, hot chocolates, biscuits and even a couple of small bottles of wine as well as a bottle of milk in the fridge. A lovely touch. As I was unpacking the car one of the property owners from the nearby property came over to welcome us and check everything was ok and told us the they had already lit the hot tub and it should be ready for us...

'We have been to many lodges but this has got to be the best one we have stayed at, newly refurbished and my god you can sure tell… we loved every minute of our stay, inside was very cosy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect and red hot for all of our weeks stay. We enjoyed watching and listening to the wildlife whilst sat on the swing in the day and at night. We wouldn’t hesitate on coming back to this lodge site.'

'Becca and Tony made us feel very welcome, both before arrival and during our stay. The lodge was very comfortable and well equipped. Some of the automatic, sensor lights seemed to take a bit of working out with some switches not in an obvious place.Tip: Take or buy a rubber mat for the shower rooms, especially if mobility is an issue.Very quiet and dark at night.'
