'This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping.
