'We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. '

'My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was amazing!! No AC was not an issue at all as they provided fans. We opened the upper loft windows one night to cool it down and it worked like a charm. The location is perfect if you want to go into north conway or travel down to the flume gorge. 'Sarah is a wonderful host. When I arrived I realized i had forgotten a critical piece of gear and needed it to be sent overnight. Sarah sprung into action and saved the day.
