'My wife and I stayed for a few days. We love downtown Nevada City and you really can’t be any closer with this stay. So convenient to be able to pop in and out while enjoying all of what downtown has to offer. Apartment was very clean and new, great kitchen all new appliances. '

'Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). '

'This 39 acres is so delightful to explore. Everyday we would experience a morning walk to a pond and then further on to a lovely walk in the woods with the sound of the running creek. Our first evening there we got to see out the window a deer and rabbits enjoying their evening meal. This is one of the most restful places we have ever stayed. The apartment was truly comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It was so nice after our hikes to return to the air conditioned room to cool...

'Clean place, all new stuff inside. I loved the quiet, beautiful country location. It would be great for a quick overnight for a small gamily or small group. The hosts are great people. The only thing that I would change is a more comfortable bed. I believe the place has 5 places you could sleep (couch, fold-outs), but no actual bed.'

'Situated in Butney Springs, this was a great place to stay while I visited family. The property owners were very nice and friendly. The property grounds were being improved, with good progress made while I was there. There was no stress, plenty of space to sit outside and relax to listen to birds sing. 'Cute little upstairs unit. Cozy but okay for 2 or three people. Inflatable hot tub was an added bonus.'

'The guest house was clean, roomy had great outdoor spaces and was super quiet. The views could not have been more beautiful, such a lovely stay would absolutely there again. It was a perfect get away.'
