'Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and...

'Nice house in a great location. Very clean and has all the amenities you need. Perfect for a business trip or a visit. Had a small issue with check in but they were quick to respond and address the issue.'

'It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!'

'This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. 'The host is a great communicator. We had no issues but did ask a few questions and they were very prompt to answer. The property is in a great location- very easy to walk in old town or drive to local spots easily. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking, and the home is outfitted well. We would stay here again!'

'This two bedroom house was the perfect little retreat for us and our son and his wife. It's located in a beautiful, tree lined neighborhood within walking distance of our daughter's house, where we were visiting. We watched many a World Cup soccer game comfortably on the large TV in the living room.'
