'The rental was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Main bedroom had a comfortable bed. The 3rd floor bedding had futons, so not the most comfortable. In a noisy part of Fells Point. Instructions for trash removal were not clear. When opening the back door into a common area, trash was strewn all over so not sure who was responsible for that, but that did not really effect our stay. We had a guest visit with a support animal, and landlord sent an email reminding me that no pets were allowed....

'What a wonderful property for big families. We had family members from four states, ranging in age from 3-93, for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed to make four pies, a 22-pound turkey and all the fixings.Our host was pleasant and easy to work with. Very quick communications and so accommodating.I have rented many VRBO a homes, and after my experiences I come to appreciate a well-organized, professional host. We highly recommend this place.'
