'This was a lovely spot to share with family. We had a wonderful reunion with lots of time to chat and walk in the lovely neighborhood. Bring your tennis racket. There is a great tennis court within 50 feet and also a friendly dog park just across the street. '

'This house is in a prime location. Sweet neighborhood on the Bay. The house itself has a great dock that provides constant activities for kids. The pool was clean and situated with a stunning view. The house has so many sleeping options and can accommodate large groups. The proximity to downtown Annapolis allows for frequent excursions. Property mgt very good. Highly recommend renting!'

'We had a great stay in this property. The inside looks just like the pictures and feels like it was newly renovated. The kitchen and baths were spectacular. The location was great, it is less than 1/4 mile to the USNA Marine Corps Stadium and also has great access to West Street and all that has to offer. 'The Annapolis bayside house is fully equipped with everything you would need while away from your home. Nicely decorated, clean, high tech features , plenty of games nice bedding, convenient location. It’s a townhouse with three floors so not conducive for elderly people . I would Definately rent this house again'

'We rented this property for three nights for our daughters wedding at CBF and related festivities in Annapolis Downtown. The property was extremely well located and it took minutes to get to and from any place that we needed to get to. It provided an adequate amount of space for all of our needs. Family time was our goal and this property made it possible to host them and have everyone feel comfortable and relax. The backyard space is amazing and I only wish we'd had more time to hang there....

'Gorgeous little house in the heart of Eastport, walking distance to fabulous restaurants and a short hop over the bridge to dwtn Annapolis. The house was clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and the patio was a lovely little oasis to kick back in with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! '

'The Oaks is in an absolutely perfect location and checks all the boxes a large family needs for a stay. We booked it for our wedding at the AYC for close family and it was far superior to booking 6 hotel rooms where everyone would have been locked in their own rooms. They hung out and spent a great time together on the main level. It was nice to be at a historic home with all the fun quirks. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! '

'Wonderful location. Easy walking to downtown restaurants, shops, city docks and USNA. Enjoyed spending time on front porch and swing.Comfortable beds and home like atmosphere.No need for a vehicle, but if you have one, parking garage is just a few blocks away. '
