'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken.
I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2.
This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'We loved our room and the property. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It did not look like the pictures and while a lot of fresh fruit there were no breakfast meat or egg option. . I was looking forward to the bagels and salmon shown in the picture. It would not deter us from coming back at all, will just be prepared next time to have other breakfast options. '

'My wife and I along with our dog Milly were very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean. All the staff were super kind and very accommodating. The hotel with the amount of people who stayed on this very popular weekend it was surprisingly quiet. We had a late check out about 1040 and nobody bombarded us in the morning. It was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had. We will be back in the near future. It was also not a bad walk to the downtown area.'

'Het hotel opzich is prima, kamers schoon, bedden prima. 2 liften waarvan er 1 stuk was, dus je lang moest wachten, want de kamermeisje moesten ook met hun karren de lift in. Ontbijt was slecht, 1ste dag om kwart 9 beneden voor ontbijt, geen brood meer, en werd niet aangevuld. Het personeel nam net voor ons een van de laatste broodjes en zei doodleuk dat er niet werd aangevuld. Dus at eigenlijk het brood op van de gasten. Dat kan echt niet! Er waren alleen nog donuts. 2e dag bewust om 8 uur maar...

'The hotel did smell a little Smokey, I had to wash my blanket to get the scent out. The breakfast was very lack luster but they did offer it. Definitely not what was shown in pictures however. Overall the hotel was clean and it was a good stay for a decent price. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions. The WiFi did not work for 2/3 people in my party so that was also unfortunate but not the worst case scenario. '

BUT... some lights were burned out, the WiFi is unusable, the shower water was very hot and blistering (i.e., could not get normal temp water but at least it was hot and not cold), the fitness room was "closed for a few days for maintenance" (I was there a few days, never open, looks just to be a storage room), breakfast in a box was iffy. Fine...
