'The beds in our room were dirty upon arrival, it took a call and a visit to the front desk and over 40 minutes to get the bedding changed, and initially when housekeeping came they only brought clean sheets for the beds despite me sending them pictures that showed that the sheets and comforters were not clean. There was hair and black stuff we couldn't identify on them. It was almost midnight before we could finally shower and get in bed because we didn't arrive to check in until after 10pm....

'Staff was not very helpful. I had a weekend stay of 2 days. I arrived to my room that house keeping did not touch and clearly was dirty from last persons stay. I was promised the room the next day and was given a room the first night of 2 beds(my purchase was a king suite). The next day staff had no clue. The front desk then said to return at 11 and I will get the room. I returned at 10:45 to be sure and she informed me that the manager said there is nothing they can do I will have to stay with...

'The rooms were clean and modern, but the beds were hard as a brick. The bathroom had enough room to maneuver but the water pressure in the shower was like a slow drip. The bath towels were too small to wrap around our bodies. The worst part was the terrace. Sold like it was this great thing, ours had a floor that was torn up and the chairs felt like they were going to rip any second.'

'The location of the property is great for Annapolis but for the amount of money you pay I would expect better. The room was a little dirty like the staff just ran through it. The bedside lamp was broke the air conditioner was a portable one that kept the room cool but was loud and obnoxious when trying to sleep. 'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'
