'The rooms were not properly cleaned before arrival. The towels weren’t restocked completely for the little that was cleaned. The only thing truly good about it was the location. The toilet barely flushed. The hot tub in the room was disappointing. The ironing board was warped and broken. The soap and shampoo they give you as a courtesy destroyed my skin.'

You can only do so much to tidy up a place when that is so obviously in need of repair. Also, for some reason the roughness of the property has seemed to draw a rough crowd. 'We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

'Van buiten laat het onderhoud te wensen over maar de kamers zijn redelijk ruim en schoon. Echter met verrassend klrinr badkamers waar de indeling erg te wensen over laat. Het sanitair is verouderd maar werk prima. Het hotel wordt voornamelijk door militairen bezocht. 'We arrived late on Friday and they did not have our room. We waited an hour to actually get a room (at 1 am) and they finally got us one. When we went to the room the keys didn't work, this happened 3 different times. By this time it was 2 am. We finally got into our room and the pull out couch bed was broken. It was a total disaster and it smelled. The next morning they did move us to a better room but overall it was smelly and not a good experience at all.'
