'This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door! '

The location was amazing, we were able to easily park ( DC easy, but still) we were able to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy restaurants. 'We stayed at this location while sightseeing in DC. The hosts communicated everything accurately and provided good instructions for checking in/out, and parking. The parking pass worked out really well and the townhouse had enough space for our family of five. One of the best things about this rental is the location. We walked to the Capital Building, Library of Congress, and metro bus stops. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future.'
