'Spectacular views from our Pretty Hollow room of the Smokies. Very clean and elegant property. Dinners and breakfasts were pretty good. Staff were helpful in planning our river tubing and hiking to waterfalls adventures.'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Great place to visit. We fit comfortably with a family of 6. The back porch is high off the ground, we watched a bear scale it in 10 seconds flat. Don't leave children unattended no matter how high the porch is! We enjoyed our stay!'

'Place was perfect. Not a huge elevation that made it hard on me or my car, but enough distance from the noise to feel at a cabin. Perfectly clean, spacious, and plenty to do. The location was ideal, only 12 mins from all the fun in the city. '
