'Très beau triplex merveilleusement situé dans une rue adjacente aux Champs Élysées. Il est dans une cours intérieure donc on est au calme et le premier metro est à juste 5min à pied. Appartement calme, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Georges et Charles pour leur accueil et merci pour nos amis qui ont pu rester un peu plus longtemps. Demande faite à l'improviste et acceptée sans problème. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !'

'A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up'

'Excellent location with lots of cafes etc close by. Metro station is at the end of the block. Terry is an excellent host and is immediately responsive to any needs. We had a wonderful stay!'

'With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.'

Unbeknownst to me while we were flying the property manager had sent us a new contact person via email. No harm no foul we were able to make the necessary arrangements for access to the rental. When we went to shower after a long flight, the showerhead in the main bathroom was broke. We reached out to the property owner who immediately accused us of breaking it, claimed we were not...

'Geweldige locatie midden in het centrum voor een prima prijs, maar wel erg verouderd. Kamers zijn wat aan de krappe kant en zeker de douches kunnen een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Watertemperatuur schommelde behoorlijk. Tegenover een druk uitgaansplein maar met de ramen dicht heb je daar geen last van.'

'Het hotel bestaat uit meerdere gebouwen. Mijd een kamer aan de straatzijde. Te veel herrie door luid pratend volk. Verder prima plek om de Marais te bezoeken. Metro om de hoek. '
