'We really enjoyed our stay. The staff managing the property and the staff working the building were both great. I appreciated the great communication from everyone.'

'This home was set up with everything you could need. We have privacy on the beautiful balance and loved the indoor outdoor vibe when we opened the sliders. Spacious and comfortable. The pool and beach were literally steps away and very tranquil. And let’s talk about location… right in the heart of all of the restaurants and shops. We appreciated the service and prompt responses to any of our questions and needs.'

'The location to all restaurants and shops was ideal. The amenities of the property were great - pool area, food area etc. All the staff were super friendly. The negative was it took the property company 5 days to fix the dryer and we never had a working oven. We were told we would have one cleaning a week and we didn’t get a cleaning the second week. The couches and rugs were filthy. Owner should update.'

'We had a wonderful time in Bucerias. The condo was exactly as described, very clean, secure, close to restaurants and the beach. I would 100% recommend the property and location. We felt comfortable walking around at night. We would return in a heart beat, it was very hard to go home. The only things I would change about the condo would be to provide a book with emergency numbers (Dr., ambulance, hospital) and some restaurant recommendations and tips. However it’s the attention to detail that really makes this unit/booking stand out. 'The location and building amenities were super. The unit was more like a hotel room rather than a studio apartment. The ‘kitchen’ is a very tiny area, not conducive to cooking anything. That aside it was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the unit had a partial ocean view. I would stay in that building again.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villas Escondido. The property was very clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Villas Escondido is an absolute Oasis. It was quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed. It is a 3 km walk into town, however taxis are available and were reasonable. We plan to visit again'

'The Rufugio del Mar was a beautiful property. We stayed in building 2 which only had 7 units. They all had their own kitchen and bedroom/s. The staff were super friendly and the pool and gardens were immaculate. I would recommend staying on the second floor if possible as the lower units can be a little dark and do absorb a bit of noise from the above units. The location is 2 blocks from the beach and the property includes free beach chairs and umbrellas. They also provide free top of the line...

'The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was just what I had hoped for. Andy did an amazing job taking care of us and even with a few hiccups through the week Andy was all over it. Andy mentioned that he is continuing to improve the property which will make it even more desirable. We can't wait to visit again.'
