The Space:

Our thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom condo blends modern comfort with a touch of tropical charm. The king-size bed offers a comfortable retreat, while the well-equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The living area is cozy and functional, with a dedicated workspace and fiber optic WiFi so you can stay connected. Step outside and you’re right next to the pool—perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. The boutique complex features a lush courtyard and a Weber gas grill, ideal for afternoons spent lounging or enjoying a barbecue with friends. We kindly ask guests to avoid using them during peak hours (9 am to 3 pm) to ensure better availability.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the condo and all shared amenities within the Maravilla complex, including the pool, tropical courtyard, and BBQ grill. A smart lock system allows for easy check-in, and street parking is available nearby. Please note that for security, access is limited to registered guests only.



Guests staying 7+ nights may also use the shared washer and dryer and request a complimentary weekly light cleaning with fresh linens and towels.

Located in Bucerías’ lively Golden Zone, you’ll be only two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, art galleries, local shops, and cafés. Bucerías is a walkable town with most attractions just steps away. The beach is a quick stroll, and the main square is within easy reach. For longer trips, taxis are readily available, and you can also rent bikes or scooters to explore hidden gems nearby.
