'The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was just what I had hoped for. Andy did an amazing job taking care of us and even with a few hiccups through the week Andy was all over it. Andy mentioned that he is continuing to improve the property which will make it even more desirable. We can't wait to visit again.'

'Went on a trip with my three adult children, their partners and their babies. Babies were 3 months, 9 months and 20 months. House was perfect - each group had their own private room complete with ensuite. Pool was fabulous and a short walk to the beach. House supplied wagons, umbrellas etc. everything required for a successful beach day. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Our cook provided meals better than any restaurant. We were sorry to leave and would definitely book again.'

'Our group spent 2 amazing weeks at this villa. Adam was so helpful from assisting us with airport transfers to dinner reservations. The property was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and we all really enjoyed the outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and numerous wonderful restaurants.'

'Over all of the property was beautiful and enjoyable but there was a few things we noticed. 1st thing we noticed was the property was missing beds. Yes beds its advertised as sleeping 10 with 5 bedrooms and 1 room with 2 beds in it. It does not. It has 1 king size bed per room and there are only 4 bedrooms. The second bed is a old dirty nasty cot which needs a new mattress. We asked for extra blankets to try to make due with the bed situation. When yhe women came she gave us blankets and sheets...

'Casa Cantera made for an amazing stay for our family. Gorgeous, well-maintained house and great location, this was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The roof deck was a big bonus. Julie and her team are very responsive to any questions. The only downside is the street can be quite busy and noisy during rush hour.'

'Owners are great they stay parts of the year on the ground pool level part of the duplex They have two incredibly mannered and small dogs. As long as you appreciate dogs like we do you will love it. 'I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done...

'The Rufugio del Mar was a beautiful property. We stayed in building 2 which only had 7 units. They all had their own kitchen and bedroom/s. The staff were super friendly and the pool and gardens were immaculate. I would recommend staying on the second floor if possible as the lower units can be a little dark and do absorb a bit of noise from the above units.
