Klein, maar fijn hotel in het centrum
Over het algemeen een fijn hotel, ontbijt vond ik 't minder, een te klein restaurant, te dichtbij de receptie. Goede locatie en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Elke ochtend worden de handdoeken verschoond en de kamer op orde gemaakt. Heel prettig. Thuis neem ik niet elke dag een schone handdoek. In menig hotel diende dat ook niet. Personeel is erg beleefd en behulpzaam. Ontbijt goed verzorgd, de ontbijt juffrouw is erg attent, schenk koffie bij als nodig en toastte ons brood.

Supposedly a 4 star hotel, however, once I was in my room I noticed the floors where dirty and hairs were stuck to the wall around the shower which was disgusting. The room was far too hot with no way to cool it down which made it difficult to sleep and relax. Tea and coffee was provided, however there was no kettle! I was told to ring reception each time to request a cup of hot water to enjoy a tea or coffee. They clearly can’t be bothered to buy new kettles for the rooms which are missing them. After my first full day in Bucharest I arrived back to my room to find men’s hair all over the bathroom floor which I found not on my disgusting but disturbing as well, the cleaning team need some training as this is clearly acceptable to them. I showed the receptionist who was obviously disgusted as well and she requested it to be cleaned the next day. Obviously, no one checks the cleanliness or work of the cleaners before guests arrive - you arrive and then have to ask them to clean the room (you would think it would already be clean). For a four star hotel I was really disappointed and wish I’d stayed somewhere else.

I had a great stay. The value is good and the location even better. It is in walking distance from everything and the staff was great. The breakfast was a bit disappointing though compared to the price.

A good stay
We had a great stay, the room was big with comfy beds and clean. The bathroom could have done with a shower screen or curtain as the floor got fairly wet after a shower, unless you aimed the shower head towards the wall. The shower was very nice though. Breakfast was good and served for a long time in the morning.

limpieza de la habitación decepcionante
Las personas de recepción son amables, el desayuno bufet está bien (café, jugo, fruta, carnes frías, ensaladas, pan de dulce, huevos, salchichas). Pero la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, desde que llegamos mencionamos que el escritorio estaba sucio con manchas de tazas de cafe y el piso de la habitación estaba pegajoso y Nunca lo limpiaron. Solo sacaban la basura del bote del baño (el único en toda la habitación) y estiraban la sábana de la cama. No tendían bien la cama ni acomodaban los cojines. El primer día las tazas de café no las lavaron.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, specially the young Receptionist guy, who was living in the UK. He was extremely helpful helping me to find a place for my car. Really appreciate it :)

Meget centralt placeret hotel
Udemærket hotel hvor man får det man betaler for. Det ligger utroligt centralt så man kan gå til de største seværdigheder. Vi fik lov at få værelset før tid da vi ankom til indcheckning og de var generelt yderst venlige i receptionen. Værelset vendte mod gården så der var ingen larm til gengæld var det den kedeligste udsigt jeg nogensinde har haft fra et hotelværelse til en meget lille baggård fuld af duer. Morgenmadsbuffeten var fin til prisen, men tror jeg en anden gang vil spise morgenmad på en Cafe istedet. Ikke en 4 stjernet oplevelse, men en fint hotel til prisen.

Nice stay in Bucharest
I stayed for 3 days and hotel is near by everything. You have a beautiful garden just 2 min walk from hotel, busstand and taxi stand just outside of hotel. Great service from staff, nice breakfast and overall nice experience and will recommend to stay here.

We were happy and got what we paid for. Location is convenient. Room was fairly large and comfortable. Breakfast is fine but was crowded on one morning and we couldn't get a table. Our only window was to the inner light well/courtyard. The hotel could try to prevent the living of birds in this space because the accumulation of bird droppings outside the window is kind of gross.

Everything I expected :)
2 night break, great location, quiet enough to be out of the way of the crowds in old town but close to walk. Next to several big green parks. Recently renovated and super friendly staff! Breakfast could use a little improvement but it's totally good for the price!! :)

It is a very friendly, intimate and compact little hotel, just right if you're wanting a smaller place to stay with all attendant amenities. Close to the Old Town area and walkable to the Calea Victoriei area. Close to a metro stop, trolley buses, buses, and taxis stop just outside. Breakfast choice is excellent and efficiently served. They will attempt to seek out answers to your questions! The only niggle I have is that they charge 5 euros for replenishing the tea and coffee sachets for one's room, and no UHT milk or creamer is supplied. This seems a bit steep to me and shouldn't really be charged. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again given the opportunity.

It was a friendly and hospitable hotel, with knowledgeable staff ready to help and provide local knowledge and information. Close to the Old Town area with a metro stop nearby and on the route of a number of trolley buses. Also walkable to the Calea Victoreie main city road. Breakfast is recommended - they provide a wide range of cooked and cold foodstuffs with very efficient service.

Hotel is pleasant. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly, however the cleaners were terible. Had to ask 3 times to get a refill for basics. The area is great, ose to Cismigiu gardens and Old town so everything in a walking distance. Its really affordable. Cons:the water pressure was poor and the tap was loose and leaking. Some of the furnishings were damaged by previous customers. There is no bar in the hotel whichbis a shame, but there are several coffee shops and bars close by.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel was great, quiet, clean and with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. (A shower curtain would have been nice!). The location was very good and the area safe.

Hotel was very hot with poor/no air conditioning. Rooms are basic, but location is good - only a 10/15 min walk from main area. Having said that, it was incredibly noisy at night and it was difficult to get sleep. Housemaid also removed a membership card we had left in to keep a toothbrush charging whilst we were out - not a big deal but should never have been taken - if anything if it needed removed it should have been placed on the side unit. Staff were professional but did not interact much. Very poor excuse for a bar. No atmosphere (if that is what you look for in a hotel - hardly saw another resident)

The decor is conducive with the little Paris theme. The chamber maids need more attention to detail, towels missed one day, no loo roll another, tea and coffee supplies not topped up, if you are in when they arrive they are a little too eager to say it will be cleaned the next day rather than a little latter on, light bulbs where missing from 2 lamps and the paint was coming off the ceiling by the shower. Don’t get me wrong it’s ok but not 4*
