'Had everything we needed in terms of space/beds/toiletries/kitchen supplies etc. Some of the faucets were a bit wonky but we figured it out or there were instructions. Finding the house was a bit challenging and the driveway is steep but we found it since it was still daytime. Might be harder for you if you are travelling at night. Enough parking for 4-5 cars. 'We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

'Stayed in Philadelphia to visit family downtown and zoo a short uber away, plenty of room and bathrooms for my 2daughters,nephew and sister as well as games on hand and smart tvs on every floor for kids, washer and dryer were convenient and any emergency needs were met promptly first plans I'll look up next time i visit'
