'A quaint, hidden gem of a property which was well located away from the hustle and bustle. Lisa, who manages the place, was lovely and friendly. The spa bath was a real treat and it was refreshing to stay in pet friendly accomodation that didn’t charge extra for your pet (big plus!). The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the cabin had a lovely homely feel. Only small negatives were that the towels were really thin, there was just a sheet and thin blanket (no duvet) so it got a bit cold...

'一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。'

'Initial room allocated for week stay did not have views as had been advertised in promotional photos for 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. Requested a change and was put in a privately owned apartment in complex - condition of room (furniture etc) slightly poorer, but views were spot on.'

'Mantra is the scum of society. They take your money (card hold) they lie to you and tell you it will be released within 24 hours but really you'll be fighting with them a week later to get your card hold released. Absolutely absurd. I will never stay at any Mantra ever again. The brand damage from this experience of being lied to is unforgettable. Scared for life. I HATE the Mantra!!!!!'

'Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy'

'Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. '

'I really enjoyed my time at the property it was very relaxing and great view from the deck. The property was very clean and staff were lovely to speak with and very accomodating. I loved being able to bring my dog with me! Would stay here again, highly recommend villa 1.'
