We were able to see them with a dusting of snow! The location of the home is perfect. Easy drive to all the local favorite spots.'

'We had such a fun Easter weekend at Catherine’s rental. The house was very clean and stocked with a lot of fun games and activities for the kids. We loved exploring the property during our epic Easter egg hunt, meeting the llama who lives next door and soaking in the hot tub. Would definitely stay again.'

Tons of privacy between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms but super cozy and comfortable in between. The views were so pretty and although I do enjoy staying closer to downtown Solvang, the spaciousness was so appreciated and still close to everything. Loved it!!!'

'We all (family and friends) really enjoyed our stay. With 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and ‘man cave’ plus a patio and pool, we had plenty of room. Only negative is the only way into the house is via steps which were difficult with my bad knees (66 years old). Great view of Lompoc from living room.'

The quails, barn swallows, birds of prey, and dog greeters Remy and Lily combined with beautiful views of the mountains make this a perfect place to relax and let the rest of the world melt away. If you want more than peace and quiet then it's just a short drive into Solvang and many local wineries.'
