Great area and price, nice staff and recommendations. Had a bad roof leak into my bathroom during a storm though and still wanted to charge me for a late checkout, but they relented after I made my case. I think staff just needed permission from off-site manager. Would highly recommend.

The property is extremely centrally located…you can walk to most places which is saying a lot in Buenos Aires. The rooms are nice but what makes the property stand out is the front desk staff. Every one of them was amazing. They provided great recommendations on activities and booked several excellent tours. The most remarkable though was when we decided to go to a soccer match one night and asked for directions to give a cab driver. W Ed were in the cab when Emily, the manager, sent me a text saying that her staff had told her where we were going and she wanted to makes sure we were with a group and to be careful because it was not in a great part of town. If we got into any trouble to let them know. I thought that was above and beyond the level of service expected, and really something that can o ly be offered by an intimate hotel like Casa Calma. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The staff was really great. Very attentive to our needs, gave us extra supplies when we needed it, and made great suggestions for restaurants and trips. It seems small from the outside, but the rooms are very spacious and quiet. LOVED the showers and big tub! Great location, too. Very easy to walk around and go to cafes and restaurants and many other places nearby. A definite recommend!

Atendimento péssimo e demorado. Os travesseiros estavam amarelados, tive que pedir para trocar. Café da manhã com pouca variedade, quase não tinha frutas, e algo me fez passar mal; comentei isso no check out e não ouvi qualquer pedido de desculpas.

perfect stay in Buenos Aires
Felt welcome since i walked through the door. Ths staff was friendly and veru helpful. the room was spacious, clean,quiet and loyal to the descruption. The continental breakfast was up to expectations.

Très bon hôtel bien placé, accueillant. Les chambres sont propres. La pièce pour le petit-déjeuner est petite avec pas assez suffisamment de tables et le petit-déjeuner est bon mais pas exceptionnel. Cependant, il ne coûte que 8 US dollars. Le prix est peut être un peu élevé par rapport à ce que l'on trouve par ailleurs à Buenos Aires. Cependant, c'est un très bon hôtel. Je le conseille.

Mi estancia ha sido fantástica! El hotel es muy bonito y la habitación es cálida y confortable. El jacuzzi es perfecto para relajarse después de un día de actividad en la ciudad. Destaco la atención del personal tanto en conserjería como el del desayuno. Todos muy amables y bien predispuestos! Sería bueno que el aparato de calefacción hiciera menos ruido pero por todo lo demás lo recomiendo! Volveré.

O Casacalma é único no quesito conforto. Os apartamentos de frente possuem sauna, chuveiro com ducha escocesa, banheira de hidro dupla, cama king super confortável, amplo, ótima localização para quem quiser ficar no centro de Buenos Aires. Tive um problema no primeiro dia quando o ralo do chuveiro entupiu e a água molhou o quarto. No dia seguinte tudo foi consertado com rapidez. Estive no Casacalma em 2018 e agora novamente. O Hotel está mais envelhecido, o que é natural. De qualquer forma as manutenções periódicas devem ser frequentes. Recebi de compensação pelo problema no ralo um dia de café da manhã gratuito. Todo o staff do hotel extremamente atencioso. Café da manhã bastante gostoso. Recomendo muito.

The staff were amazing. They really were the highlight of our stay. Thank you so much for your help. The area near the hotel has many restaurants and it's a nice walk down to the port area and parks during the day. The room was OK. It needs some fresh paint and maintenance. We had issues with the shower door coming on/off track, the light above the fridge did not work, there were very faint stains on the duvet cover, and some small dark patches (mold?) starting in some corners of the ceiling.

It was like staying at your cool friend's modern flat. Loved the minimalist design of the room which made it feel more spatial. Plenty of drawers and closet space. The bathroom was so much nicer than more expensive hotels. The Rain Shower with side jets and the separate Jacuzzi made it special. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars across the board but there were a couple of hiccups. The airconditioning would sometimes need to be reset. It was a simple fix that did not require the staff to enter the room but happened 4 times over 5 days. The toilet mechanism had some recurring issues and the breakfast was just okay. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will stay there again when back in Buenos Aires.

Me gustaria aclarar que CasaCalma Hotel no es un Apart Hotel, no tenemos ningun servicio de Apart Hotel. CasaCalma es un hotel Boutique, por ese motivo no cuenta con grandes areas publicas y los espacios comunes son reducidos. Nuestra prioridad es siempre la atencion hacia nuestros huespedes. Esperamos que haya tenido una agradable estadia con nosotros.

La atención fue extraordinaria! Desde que hice la reserva me contactaron para informarme que por problemas en las calderas del hotel, el jacuzzi de la habitación no estaba funcionando y si deseaba mantener la reserva me harían un descuento por el inconveniente. Estuvieron siempre pendientes de mi arribo al hotel y el check-in fue rápido. Las habitaciones son limpias, amplias y cómodas. La chica de recepción, Ivana, fue muy atenta y servicial. Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Buenos Aires.
