'The atmosphere.'

'very poor hotel needs an update.when i was checking in i got a smoking room and i asked specialy for a NON smoking room i booked the hotel already in februarie as a NON Smoking room i was dissapointed i had a 3 day stay there i asked the friendly girl if she could change it but the hotel was fully booked.next time i will leave the hotel if i not get a NON smoking room. i put the window open and the airco full blowing and so i tryed to sleep.i hope that the manegment is going to update the hotel...

'The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.'

'It was easy to find. The description of property and next door restaurant was way off, exterior of property hadn’t been maintained in weeks, restaurant next door had been closed for who knows how long. Inside smelled of cigarette smoke, even though no smoking was not allowed. Room looked clean…. But sheets were stained on 3 of the 4 beds, one bathroom was filthy. The other had mold all along the bottom of shower curtain. The tub had 6” of water in the bottom after a 10 minute shower. Removed...

'Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke '

'Staff was excellent, reasonably clean, comfortable bed. However, very noisy so not the place to stay if you want or need rest. Dozens and dozens of motorcycles (I'm not exaggerating) up and down the streets all night long. Softball tournament in town so hordes of squealing, yelling teen girls slamming doors until after midnight.'

'Nice hotel but pricy normally'

'A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.'

'I will always choose a Hampton Inn when possible. It is a hotel that I can rely on to have clean and updated rooms. What I didn't care for with the Moline airport Hampton Inn was the front desk staff. The couple of interactions I had with them, they seemed indifferent to helping/answering questions. When checking out, the front desk person could barely look up. I had wanted to connect my stay to my Hampton Inn points but due to her lack of eye contact and she didn't seem like she wanted to...

'When we first checked in, we entered the room and there was a roach(bug) on the microwave. The desk attendant did not register or express any concerns or apology. We will likely not stay here again. Just an apology and show of concern would have been nice.'

'This hotel is chic and sophisticated without being pretentious. Just loved it! Great restaurant too. Easy parking.'

'Carpet was dirty and smelled really bad. Son found a thumbtack in his bed. Nothing in room like fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, flat pillows.'

'There was no television at all. The jacuzzi was cold and nobody would Turn it up. The staff guy that came to my room tried to get tv to work. Won’t stay again'

'We had a very nice room. Maybe lucky but the women at the front desk was very nice and we get an excellent room. Big and nice. The downside was that the keys did not worked after the 2nd day and the man behind the front desk make you feel that you are to problem. Not nice'
