'Few days ago I paid $210/night plus $50 valet parking in a “fancy” hotel in Indianapolis, what a waste of money. For $63 in American Motor Inn I got the same bed size and comfort and much better sleep. The location is safe, quiet and they have parking. The young man at the reception is kind and friendly. Great customer service. Rock Island is a very beautiful place and in few minutes drive you can visit Davenport, Iowa. We’re definitely recommend this motel and we’re planning on coming back...

'A beautiful historical hotel with Hot tub, pool and a great rooftop bar. It’s right across the street from the River, and most down town Restaurants and attractions are easily walkable including The Figge Art Museum, and the Adler Theater. I would love to stay here again. '

'very poor hotel needs an update.when i was checking in i got a smoking room and i asked specialy for a NON smoking room i booked the hotel already in februarie as a NON Smoking room i was dissapointed i had a 3 day stay there i asked the friendly girl if she could change it but the hotel was fully booked.next time i will leave the hotel if i not get a NON smoking room. i put the window open and the airco full blowing and so i tryed to sleep.i hope that the manegment is going to update the hotel...
