'Air conditioning was right next to the bed and froze me when it was on. When not, I was hot.
Room was clean, but hallways and staircases were really nasty, with food mashed into carpet. Room had poor maintenance, with rusty chrome in bathroom, missing plugs, and broken doorknob.'

'The building needs to be condemned. They advertise “New Rooms” on their sign in LARGE letters, and yet there is NO such existence of ANY such thing!!!! There was also a dog in a room on our floor that barked ALL night long!
