'Nice staff, really helpful and polite. Bed could be a little longer, but overall nice hotel and location.'

'Great location, although a bit noisy due to the subway station and the construction on the other side of the road, which made it hard to sleep without earplugs. Also very friendly staff! However, it was hard to reach anyone after checking out because I thought I had forgot something in the apartment.'

'Zeer klantvriendelijk, studio conform reservering.

'The rooms were spacious and tidy. We’ve really enjoyed our stay!!'

'Fijne locatie, prima faciliteiten, heerlijk bed.

'A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

'Receptionist heel behulpzaam. '

'A great stay. good beds, nice kitchen. Wonderfull there was a large fridge and freezer. the room was clean. '

'There’s construction going on in the building but it wasn’t an issue. Location is great! Compared to other hotel rooms for the price it was quite large. I would stay here again.'

'Logement idéalement situé. Équipement sommaire mais reste fonctionnel. Propre et bonne literie.'

'the comforters didn’t look clean..looked dusty'

'The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.'

'On arrival the door to the unit was ajar. Not sure why it was left open. That said, the place was lovely. A damper was put on the trip on checkout because the host is harassing us; accusing us of smoking in the unit and it is simply not true. As a result of this experience we will not stay here again.'

'Expedia do not have proper address of this location. I staguld a lot to find out this address.. please call owner as soon as u book ..else you will roming arund the building with no address..'

'This is a great place to stay for a night or a year. Its conveniently located near a convenience store, the amenities are fantastic and its clean. My only recommendation for staff is to triple-check the cleanliness of the towels. Because this is a new property, you still have time to ensure this small issue is corrected immediately. I appreciate the accommodation and look forward to my next visit.'
