'Modern and thoughtfully designed hotel with great amenities, courteous and helpful staff, and a hip vibe that belies the neighborhood. The bathroom was well stocked, the shower a pleasure, and housekeeping was unseen but we always had clean towels and water. Every request we made of the staff was handled promptly and personally, kudos for the outstanding service. The location is, unfortunately, not ideal for such a premier property. The area is not really walkable, there isn't much to do...

'The hotel is excellent, especially the cleanliness. From the rooms to the outdoor public areas, everything is maintained to a very high standard, which adds greatly to our comfort. We were fortunate to have sea-view rooms! All three bedrooms are very comfortable, making our family reunion from overseas truly perfect.'

'Nice room, but very quiet location with little food n shopping options in the immediate surroundings. The fire alarm went off, but the announcement could not be heard inside the room. This is a fire safety concern that needs to be looked into.'

'Very good breakfast buffet. Much choice. I booked it accidentally because it appeared when I was searching for a hotel in Penang. It's not in Penang but close. Traveling to Georgetown took quit a bit of time.'
