'If you like bird watching and going for a walk in a pristine nature, then it is probably the best place within a short distance from Entebbe airport. The easiest way to get to Buvi Lodge is by boat from Entebbe. Ask the hotel to send a boat to pick you up at the harbour, where the ferry goes to Nakiwogo. The resort is very isolated, but you do not have to worry about being ripped for money in the restaurant. I paid 10 US$ for a big pepper steak with fries and a pint of beer. The food is tasty...

'Great staff, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to others based solely on the engagement of the staff. Facility is outdated but very well kept and clean. They need to include full toiletries in the restrooms i.e. lotions, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. The garden is immaculate, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, totally worth it. Steam room and sauna were also very well kept. Would visit again.'

'This place was wonderful for our family. The staff were so kind and helpful. They had a car on the premise and were able to make multiple trips for us. Breakfast was brought to our apartment each morning, and was very tasty. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything you need. Very close to airport. Would definitely stay here again. '

'The welcoming words at the check in, the overall state of the accommodation, sufficient gym, clean pool, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good and friendly security, close to transportation motorcycles, close to golf court, good AC on the rooms, good WiFi, great buffet breakfast (English). Great outside places to enjoy breakfast.We had small technical issue on our room, it was fixed immediately. Overall a great stay, definitely recommendable. '
