'Stayed here for one night and it was a pleasant experience.'

'the food for breakfast that you offered tasted like cardboard the oatmeal was runny not oatmeal the orange juice was not orange juice eggs and meat on both days were not eggs or meat they all looked like food but the food was not the real deal other than the breakfast food and it was NOT the preparers it was the food ... the staff and the room were execellent it was the food that was disapointing coffee was good also if i am paying 800 for 2 nights i expect real food '

'They have hidden parking fees. We got to pay $30 for one night + refundable deposit during the check-in. Rooms smells like lint, if you are allergic to lint or breathing the particles, its not for you. Age old air conditioning unit in the rooms. Another thing that goes unnoticed while booking is its proximity to the rail way track. Its next to the railway track, trains come and wish in the middle of the night.'

'There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. 'I have stayed many times to visit my son who attends CMU. This hotel is closest one to the campus that surrounded with good restaurant options. It is about 5 to 10 mins walk to both CMU and Pitts. '

'This was right in downtown and walkable to everyy=thing down town. The unit could have used some updating but overall it was clean and centrally located'

'If you are looking for accommodations to attend a sporting or cultural event in Pittsburgh, this conveniently located apartment is for you! While the furniture may not be from Ethan Allen, it was functional and the bed was comfortable (although one of the front shades needs to be repaired (it doesn’t release and can’t be pulled down and the handle on the shower faucet needs to be tightened). I will look into this rental for future needs!'

'amazing place,very historic,staff was awesome, a must stay,room was not what i reserved 8 months in advance in the 5th ave house but was changed to 2nd house,which was amazing in itself and worked out great,but it was the point of not being told of the change in advance. but these things happen and it was a great stay'
