'The price and the location were only the beginning of why we gave the location five stars. The staff here saved the day when the card reader was shorted by an electrical surge. This meant staff needed to escort people to their rooms every time they came and went. What was obviously a frustrating experience for all involved was handled with professionalism, calm and kindness. They rocked. Also, in addition to the care we received, the staff comped our valet, which would have otherwise cost...

'As a Platinum member of IHG, this hotel is ever the most ridiculous experience. I arrived and received a looks cleaned room. However, there is some sort of marks and scraps on bed and unknown liquid mark on hair drying, only one set of towel and unknown hair on toilet seat, as well no coffee machine and chair. Though the staff give me a room change, it’s basically nothing offered for a such unsatisfied experience especially as a member of the IHG.'

'Zeer ruime en compleet ingerichte kamers, dichtbij restaurants en winkels. De ontbijtfaciliteit was standaard, niet speciaal, maar wel afdoende. Alleen betaald parkeren, maar wel overdekt. Qua locatie was het voor ons erg centraal naar attracties en winkelcentra. '

'This was a great find for a last minute trip. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was very clean and good options. My only issue was the broken ice maker on the main level. You had to go up to the3rd or 4th floors for ice. At least they were right by the elevators.'

'Overall, the hotel was good. Quiet area. Staff and front lobby area was nice. I had booked two rooms. One room had a noisy refrigerator but other than that it was fine. Slept well. The other room’s bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. There were some hairs in the shower :('
