'When checking in, the man at the front desk said the charge didn't go through when I booked online so he asked for the credit card. I have been charge 2x now. Once with Expedia and once at the Hotel. The check-in was a bit of a mess as he said he was having "computer problems". At check-out, I asked for a receipt and he said the Expedia already sent me one...which they did for the online booking. I used 2 different cards so that is how I noticed it. Do better with the check-ins!'

'Very good'

'The beds were old with stains. Breakfast items were not refilled when empty.'

'Quiet, quick stop in for an overnight stay when you're passing through.'

'Have room with King bed. Room was kind of small.'

'Centrale locatie in de binnenstad met betaalbare valet parking. Het gebouw en de kamers zijn oud(erwets), maar het is er wel zeer schoon!'

'The visit was in a nice area, the amenities were amazing! The Bevi water station felt like a luxury. Unfortunately, the elevator was out and we were not told until our visit started. My husband had just recovered from the flu and it was exhausting for him to walk up and down the stairs for 4 stories and 6 stays. I wish they had let us know this occurred so we could have booked another location to prevent any issues. They let us know it would weeks to fix this issue. So why weren’t we notified?'

'Everything was good'

'This is outed hotel. Not worth the price.'

'Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff is helpful.'

'Het ontbijt is voor Europese begrippen karig. Als je gekookt ei of spiegelei wou moest je bij betalen. Geen kaas of keuze in broodbeleg. Personeel wel heel vriendelijk.'

'Prima hotel voor en week of 2. De personnel was aardig en hulpzaam.'
