'We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

'When checking in, the office staff wasn’t overly friendly but I think he was stressed because there was a plumbing issues this led to water being turned off later that evening, I will make note that he waited till we had showered. Kudos to him for that. We woke in the morning to no water. We asked for a refund but he asked for another hour. Within the hour the water was back on so we could shower and get out fod our day.
