'I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. '

- While not at a central location, the location is accessible if you have a car, you can get to at least where she needed to be.
- Hotel has dining and breakfast was included with the booking.

'The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. Friendly staff though and quick to address any concerns. Looking forward to when they are fully operational.'

'This is such a beautiful resort but situated somewhat far out from the main town areas. It takes some tricky driving up and down hills and narrow areas before you reach the resort. However, it is worth it. A hidden treasure. The staff are all very kind and helpful and the view of Lake is Amazing! Breakfast was always delicious as well.'
