'We only stayed one night but the facilities are fabulous. next time we would stay in a larger room for the 3 of us. Lovely place for a quiet stay'

'Room was clean enough. The bathroom smelled of piss, so not properly cleaned. And the water in the shower takes a long time to fully drain. The ambiance in the property is relaxing. If you commute, it is so close to the terminal at SM Lipa. They have a big screen tv with Netflix, that made the stay worth it. The staff is nice, there’s free coffee and water too.'

'The room had ants and mosquitoes had no toilet seat very noisy out side due to traffic and no tiles on wall in bathroom. The fridge was to small the cupboard was broken the table was to small as well. And for a deluxe room no way.'

'Clean, spacious, quiet, modern but old and historic at the same time. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. We ate at both the main restaurant and the pizza place and both were excellent. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away by the quality of everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. '

One thing to note is transportation: there are very few taxis available in the area and Grab does not operate here, so getting around usually requires using tricycles. If you know how to manage locally, most necessities are easy to find. There is a large local market just a 5-minute walk away, as well as shops and food options nearby. Overall a pleasant...

'Room OK, but better with one King bed than 2 Queen sized beds. It's not goo for non-golfers. Step outside the limited hotel space and you have a growling security guard shouting at you. Poor value for money. Won't return. '

'For the price point per night this hotel needs some major upgrades/renovations to the rooms. Very outdated, breakfasts were good and staff were nice. '
