'We stayed in the south building and it seemed newly renovated. Love the “beach” Colors in the room along with the small kitchenette and the double bathroom sink (with one outside the toilet area). Very clean, staff were attentive, beach was terrific! Location was very good too. My only suggestion - there is a $40/day resort fee. That SHOULD include beach chairs or the use of bikes. While I appreciated the ability to park and the other small perks included in the fee - most of those are standard...

'This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt....

'This was our first time in Hilton Head and we would stay again. This unit was in a very good location for beach access and back and forth ( did not have to rely on elevator) which was further away and always had a wait. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the landlords were very accessible. We did not have any issues and everything was as advertised. Very nice and would stay again.'

'The location was perfect. Our condo was on a golf course. I would have my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the green. Short ride to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We were there for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. If you go to Hilton Head take a guided tour to Daufuski Island. You won't be disappointed.'

'This was our first time at Hilton Head. The property needed a better cleaning. 1st floor bathroom water was running non-stop until we shut it off, plumber came by but never came back to fix it. 'My mom, sister and I took my 7 year old here for Spring Break. The neighborhood is very nice, although it was a hike to the beach. Unfortunately the pool here isn’t heated or cleaned much even in late March so my 7 year old didn’t want to swim in it (pretty much why we booked this unit because it was close to pool) so we ended up purchasing a resort pass to the Omni and using their heated pool one day. 'We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves! The condo was clean and had everything we needed (even some board games). The short walk to the beach was nice and we saw 2 alligators! 'This is the second time we stayed in this room as a family. Clean, stocked, and ready for arrival.
