'Joe was a great host; easy communication and very responsive and friendly. The apartment is a lovely funky place that is very cool and cozy. Would definitely come back!'

'The place was very nice and kept up. I would stay again.'

'Property was very clean. Bed was excellent.'

'Great location and well appointed setup'

'Close walking proximity to restaurants and brewery. We loved the access to the bike trail. Unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. Beds were super comfortable. Was pleased to have coffee and tea furnished. One aspect of the property that renters should be aware of is the very steep incline between the street and the driveway. Even a bottle of welcome wine. Bathroom had a good shower and there were plenty of towels and wash rags. Also extra bathroom stuff like toothbrushes & toothpaste. We accidentally tripped a breaker and the host fixed it promptly. There is a covered outdoor area with tables and chairs that is great to have for morning...

The unit was as described in the listing, it was great to have a parking spot, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and timely. The location is wonderful - just across the street from Battery Park. We walked through the park and down to The Skinny Pancake for a wonderful breakfast after a light overnight snowfall. This unit worked perfectly for our family that includes a teenage son and teenage daughter (who did...
