'mooi hotel alleen jammer dat ze niet iedere dag de kamer komen schoonmaken. maar helaas is dat nu steeds vaker in amerika. je betaald toch ook gewoon voor de kamer dus vind schoonmaken iedere dag toch wel zeer gewenst. je kon wel extra handdoeken krijgen'

'Attentive and friendly staff! Room was very clean and tidy, quiet at night. Close by food and a great brunch spot (Ruby Slipper) in walking distance. Rooftop pool is a vibe, bar is located a few feet away. Beach is only a 5 minute drive across the street. Property is secluded with a security checkpoint they only allow you in with a pass. '

'The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. '

'Booked this place last minute. I had a great stay! The hotel offers excellent amenities — every bathroom was stocked with soap and other essentials. Though, bathroom could’ve been cleaner in my option, water splashes on the floor and a bit dusty. There’s complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7. The entertainment area was spacious, comfortable lounge with plenty of seating and a pool table that brought a fun and relaxed atmosphere. 'Hot tub packed with little kids. No life guard in the pool area or at the beach. Did not have breakfast at the property. Way too expensive. We had lunch at the bar near the pool. Food is good. Price was not bad for the amount and quality of the food. Concierge lady: the best!! Very attentive e and nice. Lots of suggestions. Front desk and wait staff need better training. '

'Staff were friendly however in the pool area there was a towel that sat there for 3 days before it was removed which tells me they may not maintain that area very well. At all the other Hilton garden hotels we’ve stayed at, breakfast was included along with a happy hour. '

En wegwerpbestek en -borden en in plastic ingepakte bekers is niet echt meer van deze tijd. De locatie is prima, met restaurants en supermarkt in de buurt en de ingang naar Henderson Beach State Park om de hoek.'
