'Upon arrival the lot was completely full due to a match nearby. But when I parked illegally and went to check in, the lovely receptionist, Kelly, spoke to the restaurant and asked that I be allowed to park in a specific spot not typically allowed for patrons. So appreciated after the drive from Dublin in the rain. The room was very large, with a separate lounge area and was generally clean. 'Excellent service. Small quaint rooms with an elegant yet cozy dining. The staff is incredible, working hard ti make sure everyone has the best stay. I highly recommend this hotel! '

'Keurige en schone kamer. Snel internet, parkeren achter het hotel. Vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen. Wel erg klein, er was zelfs geen plek voor een stoel. Geen airco, dus ontzettend warm 's nachts. Voor ons was het prima te doen omdat we op doorreis waren en er 1 nacht sliepen. Voor meerdere dagen zou ik niet kiezen voor deze kamer.'

'This hotel is very centrally located in Galway, and the rooms are modern and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast area, but breakfast is put in front of your room door. The main drawback is the loud music from the bar downstairs, that goes till 2 am most nights. The triple glazing they installed keeps out all the noise from the street, but doesn't help with the noise downstairs.'
