'A family friendly old farmhouse which suited our 8 family members, aged from 3 to quite a bit older. Beautifully secluded with plenty of ground around the house and acres of exploring along the lake shore. We were there at the end of March and the weather was cool and blustery, though we didn't have much rain. Only a 5 minute drive to the lovely beach at Ballyhiernan Bay. 'Overall it was a good stay, beautiful property with a charming farmhouse and lots of character. Could do with a better clean - lots of cobwebs. Could have been remedied with a quick clean when you know guests are checking in. '
