'This 200 year old farmhouse is beautifully updated and in a lovely location. We loved seeing both the cows and the mountains out the windows!'

'I can’t imagine finding a more iconic, historic cottage on its own private piece of paradise anywhere else in Ireland! If you love character, authenticity, the sea, & a peaceful, private setting, this is the place for you!Our adult children loved it as well & we were able to take the DART (the easiest way!) into Dublin a couple times during our week’s stay to enjoy city life & see the sights. Other days/nights were spent making a couple dinners, playing euchre or cribbage by the fire, laughing...

'We spent a wonderful weekend in this lovely converted Coachhouse and we were lucky to get beautiful sunshine each evening which we enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard. Inistioge is a small but very picturesque town and a great base for exploring Kilkenny. '

'Although this home is about 15 minutes from the town of Killarney, the Irish farm experience is what we were looking for- & this home delivered. The house was clean & large enough for our party of 7 adults. My only recommendation to the owner would be to replace or add bed pillows & to include more towels (at least 1 bath towel per person). An outside table & chairs would have enhanced the experience. The patio overlooking the farm was really nice, but there was nothing to sit on out there....

'What an absolute joyous experience! Colleen met us upon arrival and showed us around their wonderful place! It felt a bit like the Shire, really! Comfy little abodes and unusual structures. The yurt we stayed in was lovely and large. With wood heat we stayed very warm even on frosty nights! We had a camp fire and nice kitchen facilities. But the best part was all the critters!! There is a pig and ponies and a duck. My kids particularly enjoyed the kitty, "Tiger" who spent our nights snuggled...

'Beautiful well preserved house. Very nice landlady/ owner, great hospitality. The house expires a authentic athmosphere of the past. Great for music, art and literature with piano and library. Very quiet besides some sheep, interesting walks into the Ox mountains. Mind your head within the house.'

'Staying in this home was exactly what we needed. We were looking to explore Donegal and this centrally located farmhouse was right in the middle of it. We were within an hour or so of most of the destinations we wanted to get to.We were interested in hiking in the Glenveagh national park and our host gave us an encyclopedia of information about the area and different places to go and visit, as well as how to get there from a local perspective.
