'Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very pleasant staff. There were no facilities for breakfast at the accommodation or for making tea/coffee in the room. My main concern was the lack of ability to come and go without having to make contact with the property manager by phone, with the possible roblem that they were using their phone and consequently couldn't respond promptly.'

'You get what you pay for, not bad for the price. A few quirks such as the ground floor curtains not closing fully with work being done in the garden. A clothes hook installed upside down. Doesn't look like enough parking if it's full. That being said, staff were polite and the bed was comfy, and it was close to the resorts world arena which was ideal - decent price'

'Really happy with my stay. Half the price (£65 for Walnut Room) and twice as good as city centre chains. There was a bit of traffic noise (building is close to a busy road) but the room had character (v high ceilings), nice furniture, comfortable bed, was clean and in a good location. Easy to find fault in places but as someone who regularly works away for work, this is definitely a 'come back to'.'
