'Nice place - very clean. On the beach. This was my second stay here. Very happy!'

'The property was beautifully situated in a very peaceful relaxing environment. The host was very friendly and communicative. Very clean and perfect for a romantic getaway '

'This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location to the beach and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We have stayed here several times and Todd is an excellent host. Will be coming back again!'

'Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. No surprises.'

'Everything was as described. Only issue we had was there were only 4 bath towels/face cloths for 4 travelers. We messaged to see if we could possibly get 4 more. After 3 days of communication and promises this was not resolved.'

'Beautiful beach house that looks just like the pictures! It was the perfect size for our family and we had a wonderful trip! The communication with the host was excellent and he was very helpful. We would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Saint Augustine. Highly recommend!'

'Pool and backyard were amazing!! Our kids loved the pool!! Comfortable house. Close to the beach. Loved being able to have our dogs and a great neighborhood to walk them.'

'We had a wonderful time at this condo. We were located right on the beach, which was amazing! It was a beautiful beach. Not too many people there. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds, a full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms. We really enjoyed our time! We will definitely be back!'

'We had a few issues with our stay. Upon arrival the condo assigned to us had not been cleaned at all and looked to be in a relatively tired condition compared to the photos we saw online. We were helped to quickly find an alternative condo and the team were very responsive however, there were a few general cleanliness issues once we finally got settled like dirt / hair on floor near and under the bed and a cockroach in one of our towels! Location was OK but nothing special. I'

'Wonderful home for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed the secure perimeter fence. We will stay again if we ever return to St Augustine!'

'Enjoyed everything this house had to offer. Pool and hot tub was great for the family on our down time. You get what you pay for and the host was great'

'Easy in and out. Would have liked clearer direction to the beach access.'

'Very nice & clean house that accommodated our large family and pet. The kitchen is open to the living area which made it easier to hang out with the family. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The host was very responsive. We had a great time!'

'Wonderful trip!'

'Great property, plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and 5 kids. Pool was awesome and the location was perfect. Close to the beaches and close to plenty of other fun activities and sights. Would definitely recommend! Host had great communication throughout and always super easy to get in touch with. Would definitely book again if back in this area!'
