'I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down to 3rd floor.'

'Wij kwamen hier per toeval terecht tijdens onze rondreis door de USA. Een schitterend hotel met mooie kamers (wij hadden 212). Heerlijke bedden, mooie ruime douche. Vriendelijk personeel. Super lekker ontbijt. Heerlijk rustige ligging. We hebben tijdens onze vakantie vele hotels bezocht, maar dit hotel staat voor ons echt op nummer 1 !'

'Great new hotel in Mount Vernon/Gambier area. Easy access to food, shopping, colleges, etc. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, afternoon cookies. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful! '
