'I was in Ohio for a family reunion. The puppy could not stay at the lodge at Salt Fork, so I decided to stay at the cabin. I am easily overwhelmed by people and family is not excluded! Retreating to the cabin allowed me the serenity I needed.My only dislike were the unpaved roads. My car sits very low to the ground and the gravel did a number under my car. '

'The cabins are really great; clean, convenient, comfortable! We were apprehensive at first to share a community fire pit and have close neighbors, but we met some great people and surprised ourselves with how much we enjoyed the experience. The hosts are fantastic; helpful, communicative, eager to please. I would absolutely recommend a stay here, and will likely stay again ourselves in the future! Thank you, hosts! '

'We had the most amazing stay at Headley Inn. The cabin was a great size for a couple pup and it was clean and well cared for. As history nerds the background and buildings were fascinating to learn about. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Sitting on the porch drinking delicious wine was the highlight of our trip. "Don't be fooled by the early '90s decor, this is a lovely hotel where you're greeted with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie after a long journey, making you feel instantly welcome. The personal touch at DoubleTree is truly charming.
