'Arrived a little late due to train stoppages from protests. Check in was nice and easy. Room was on the 5th floor, no elevator, so it’s a climb. But it’s good for you. Rooms are small but very nice and manageable. They have hairdryers if you ask. They had hair soap and bar soap. Bed was comfy. No ac or heat but didn’t matter it was still cool.

'Someone was waiting for us at the train station to take us to Rupa. That was nice because the place is not easy to find. Also someone carried the luggage which was much appreciated while it's a very steep climb to the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and staff is very helpfull and speak good english. So a perfect place to stay. Only negative I can say is that the showers where not hot but that is realy the only thing. '

'Great hotel for our situation in Aguas Calientes. Clean hotel and great location. They have a portable heater for when it’s cold and the bathroom has ventilation. It has a cafe attached to it which is another convenience to us since we were exhausted from the train ride. Above all the service from the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond. They also gave us breakfast to go at 5am due to our 7am appointment at Machu Picchu. Great experience overall. '
