'I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.'

'The person who checked us in was so very friendly and helpful! The free breakfast was nice and the coffee was pretty good. The pool and hot tub area was pretty dirty though. Tons of hair all over the floor and some garbage tucked into interesting places. Yuck'
