'The house was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a large area for six of us. Air conditioning worked well so that made our stay comfortable. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were also a plus. We now have family in the Memphis area, and we would definitely stay here again.'

'The property was terrible. The pictures does not match what was presented to us. The couches have suspicious stains that looks like that of bodily fluids. The host only could state she was the property manager. She kept asking us to wait until she spoke with the owner, and my children had to endure this. So I spent over 200 dollars on cleaning supplies. There was condoms, trash, and water bottles everywhere. The home was infested with ants. Half of my party had to fight to get rooms while the...

'The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. '

'April’s house was wonderful! In a great location and close to everything we needed. The home was spotless and very cute on the inside. It has a very big outdoor corner lot that is completely fenced. I would definitely stay there again and recommend. Thank you April!!!'
