'The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. '

My children were trying to study for exams and we had to use our hotspot.I figured out the WiFi issue out eventually. Someone had unplugged the router. I reached out to the host with a question about the thermostat and never heard back.I liked the house except for the attic door not fully closing. I had to put a box...
