'Not totally spotless but very clean. Everything we needed was there or promptly delivered. It was a very nice comfortable stay and within 2 blocks of everywhere we needed to go. It is located in an older neighborhood which was quiet and we felt very safe there. We were expecting 2 bedrooms but when we got there it was 3. This worked out beautifully because it was 3 in my party. We would definitely stay there again. '

'House shows very well and was well represented and exactly as portrayed. An old shack that was nicely renovated inside and out. Tastefully decorated in a minimalist coastal theme, not lavish. neat as a pin and comfortable and at our price point. The host is professional and pro active. I am a Landlord, property manager myself and a contractor. Pride of ownership is obvious. He cares about his properties and cares about his guests. We have never rented a house for travel before, so we were...

'We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better—beautiful beachfront and incredibly convenient, just steps from the sand. Our kids had a fantastic time, and we even enjoyed a couple of cozy bonfire nights. The home had plenty of space for our family, and we appreciated the extra blankets and rollaway beds. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook most nights, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. Such a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!'

'The photos in the listing are very accurate. The spacious screened-in sitting area is a great place for a cozy fire on a chilly day. And you can see the water from there! This property is a real gem, and it's an easy walk or a very quick drive to shops and restaurants. A lovely getaway. We'll be back!'
