Welcome to your luxury retreat in Puerto Los Cabos! This villa offers an open floor plan with panoramic ocean views, perfect for family vacations or a peaceful escape. The master suite features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower and tub. Step outside to your private terrace to take in the views of the golf course and mountains.

The second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for home-cooked meals or a private chef experience. Dine at the breakfast bar, the indoor dining table, or alfresco on the terrace.

The terrace is a highlight, featuring a gourmet BBQ grill and a fire pit, perfect for relaxing evenings. The living area is complete with a 60” HD Smart TV, Sky Satellite, and WiFi throughout the villa. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request.

No smoking inside the condo. A $250 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.
