The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed. Premium bedding, comfortable living and dining areas, high-speed WiFi, and a dedicated main-floor workspace overlooking the community make it easy to relax, connect, or work remotely.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home. Outside, enjoy a large front patio and an impressive rooftop terrace with panoramic desert, mountain, and ocean views. The rooftop also features an outdoor kitchen and private hot tub, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset drinks, outdoor dining, or evenings under the stars.

Las Villas Del Tezal offers a peaceful setting away from downtown crowds while keeping everyday conveniences close by. Walmart, Costco, shopping, restaurants, beaches, the marina, and downtown Cabo San Lucas are all within a short drive. Uber and taxis are readily available, although a rental car is recommended for guests who want maximum flexibility. Ample parking is available at the home.

Please note that Las Villas Del Tezal is a growing community. A community pool is planned near the home but is not currently available for guest use.
